For each collection period, 50% of the total undesignated money received benefits one of our Southern Baptist offerings, either Lottie Moon or Annie Armstrong, depending upon the time of year, and 50% benefits the missions activities of Wakefield Baptist Church. To coincide with each of the two Southern Baptist offerings, this offering is held twice annually, in May and December respectively. Individuals may choose to contribute to this offering at any time, not only during the two designated times. In this case, all money received benefits Wakefield missions activities and projects.

For the portion allotted for Wakefield missions, funds are divided as follows: International Missions (60%), North American Missions (30%), and Local Missions (10%). Once received, funds are deposited into designated accounts established for each of these areas. The Missions Committee, in conjunction with Wakefield staff, determines annually how these funds are to be specifically allocated and dispersed.
