Application form
If you desire to participate in one of our mission trips for 2009 - 2010, then you must complete a Mission Application Form. Registration for a trip requires a non-refundable deposit that must accompany the Mission Application Form. You do not have to be a member of Wakefield Baptist Church to apply for a trip.
