The staff and leadership of Wakefield Baptist Church believe children are a gift from God and are important to our ministry. We understand our responsibility to partner with parents in teaching their children that God loves them and wants to have a special relationship with them. We do this through programs led by men and women who believe the Bible is God's true word. Our nursery staff will insure every baby and toddler is well loved and cared for. We require background checks for all preschool and children's ministry staff and volunteers.
Programs offered will provide a time of learning about God's creations, the life of Jesus, salvation and the Holy Spirit. Children will learn how to use the Bible, God's instruction book written for each of them. It is our desire to help children build a solid biblical foundation to prepare them for their transition into the Youth Ministry at Wakefield Baptist Church where their spiritual life will continue to be nourished and grow.
